Red Rock R and R is a first-floor level two bed/two bath unit with carport parking and a large parking lot just steps from your front door. Red rock views are available from the two attached patios just off your living room and master bedroom. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, the condo has a decorative fire place, WiFi, dish Network t.v., ceiling fans and televisions throughout, alarm clocks, a new microwave, a new dishwasher, coffee maker, electric blender, toaster oven, electric can opener, and a full kitchen to make your stay just like home. Bedrooms accommodate 4 total with a queen-sized air mattress available for two more guests. For your further convenience, pool towels are available in addition to all sheets and bath towels, a hiking backpack, picnic blanket, water bottles, a Red Rock Park pass, and hiking sticks. The property is within walking distance of Chase and AmTrust Banks, restaurants and taverns, coffee shops, Weber's Grocery Store, and art, jewelry, clothing, and consignment shopping. As the owner, my goal is to provide you with a very affordable, yet comfortable, home base from which to explore red rock country. My condo is also within walking distance of Bell Rock and Court House Vista. Located on Highway 179 just outside Sedona proper, it is a fabulous seven minute drive to uptown and west Sedona, one and one-half hours from Phoenix, thirty minutes to Jerome, and two hours to the south rim of the Grand Canyon.There are three open-to-the-public golf courses minutes from your doorstep.The property has two hot tubs, a pool, gas grills, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong, board games, and books.
