Positive: The apartment is clean and tidy, and the location is excellent; before check-in, the host will ask if I need a pick-up service, and she will help me make an appointment with a driver; she also offers services such as using Alipay or credit cards for payment; during my stay, any questions I had were promptly answered, which is something I rarely experienced at other homestays; I hope the host will continue to run her homestay, and I will definitely choose this place again when I come to Shanghai in the future!
