At the exit from the main road, the last 800 meters to the house, the road is partly macadam. Located in a peaceful, secluded area of the Velebit Nature Park, this beautifully restored 19th-century stone house offers complete privacy, tranquility, and breathtaking views of the sea and nearby islands – Pag, Rab, Lošinj, and Ilovik. The house spans 70 m² and is ideal for up to 4 guests. It features two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a private bathroom and smart TV. The ground floor is designed as an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee and tea maker, and fridge with freezer), an additional bathroom, and a storage room with a safe. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Outside, on the 340 m² private property, guests can enjoy swimming pool, a sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas, a traditional tavern (konoba) with table football and darts, an outdoor fireplace equipped for barbecuing and traditional cooking under the bell (“ispod peke”), and a covered lounge area. Private parking for at least two vehicles is available.Water supply comes from a rainwater well and is not recommended for drinking – guests are kindly advised to bring sufficient drinking water.
