Summary: Location is good, very close to everywhere. Our suite had strange smell, and we changed room on the last night which also had different strange smell. There is no personal butler service which I thought is a standard service for St Regis's suite guest. No personal introduction and telling us about the hotel and service etc where other St Regis has.
