This gorgeous house has 4 private bedrooms with a huge layout for your whole family to enjoy, including 2 large family rooms with plenty of seating for everyone! It sleeps 8 people comfortably in beds with 2 air mattresses available. With 1 queen bedroom on the main floor and 2 queen bedrooms and a king in the master bedroom upstairs, there are lots of places to sleep and spread out for an amazing time.
The main floor living room has large smart TV with cinema-style couch seats that recline, it even has individual recharging slots for your phone!
Bonus family room on the 2nd floor with 3 comfy couches and huge screen theater style smart TV and HDMI cable with multiple attachments for your devices (put all the kids in this room, they'll love it!).
This home comes complete with large stove and oven, large fridge, dishwasher, and is fully stocked equipment and utensils to accommodate preparing a big meal for a big group. With plenty of prep space, this home is well-suited to a traditional New England clambake, Lobster-fest or hire a personal chef (we can provide recommendations and contacts) and enjoy a fine dining experience.

**This is a private home that sleeps 8 comfortably in bedrooms with 2 queen air mattresses provided. Parties of greater than 12 people will not be accepted. Please note this is a very quiet, residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac road. Absolutely no parties, loud music, or otherwise disruptive activities. We love our neighbors and want to respect our peaceful community. This is not a spring-break party house. There are properties on the Cape side for that :)
