Warm and hospitable stay in a stylish old town house with its own garden, located in a private condominium in a quiet and safe neighbourhood within Paris intramuros.
The refurbished bedroom occupies the whole 2nd floor of the house and grants a complete privacy - ideal for someone who wants to study or work in a quiet environment, when not simply rest after a full day wandering throughout the city. The WIFI connection is excellent in the room. The bathroom is private but not on the same floor as the bedroom, which makes this accommodation not suitable for elderly guests. Sheets, towels and a bath gown are provided every week. A hairdryer is also available. Laundry and cleaning is done on a weekly basis.
There is a spare bedroom with a normal single bed and one 1 sliding bed under the first one to accommodate two more persons if you are travelling with relatives or friends. Price to be negotatiated according to the number of guests and duration of the stay. The shower room in this case will be shared between the guests.
The room fee includes access to the kitchen as well as access to the conservatory when you do not want to spend time in the room. During Spring and Summer time, the shady garden is a perfect place for a cup of tea or a drink at the end of the day if you are not tempted by the pub or the bistrot across the street.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
As you will see from my reviews, I am used to hosting international travellers, foreign students or just citizens of the world (except French ones), for short term period or long term period, rate to be negotiated according to the duration of the stay.
I greatly enjoy helping my guests discover the city for a full immersion in French culture and habits according to their areas of interest. For those learning or improving their knowledge of the language, I provide French lessons according to level and frequency, these to be discusssed and settled directly with the host.
I am French, retired, speak fluent English, understand Spanish and a little German, but above all, I am an unconditional green and pet lover .
