Large 22 x 40 heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool house with wet bar and half bath, ample patio furniture for lounging and dining.
Main House: 5 bedroom/4 bath. 1st floor: foyer, living room with fireplace, den, dining, kitchen, french doors to covered porch seating, bedroom, full bath, outdoor shower. 2nd floor: sitting area with fireplace opens to deck with distant water views, 2 bedrooms share hall bath, master bedroom and bath, laundry.
