This newly built, modern and very comfortably furnished vacation home is located just 100 m from the sea in the quiet vacation area of Cala Pi. One of the most beautiful bays on the south coast of Mallorca, the Playa de Cala Pi, with white sand and turquoise blue water, is just a 900 m walk away. Particularly suitable for beach lovers looking for peace and quiet.
First floor:
Here you will find the living and dining area with a comfortable sofa corner, dining table and an open, modern fitted kitchen as well as two bedrooms with double beds (150 cm x 190 cm and 2 mattresses of 80 cm x 190 cm each, which cannot be separated). There is satellite TV in each room and a stereo system with Bluetooth in the living room. There is a bright shower room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer at the back of the house. The house has a living space of 120 square meters. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
Second floor:
Upstairs is a beautiful suite with a double bed (2 mattresses of 80 cm x 200 cm each, which cannot be separated), a shower room and a furnished terrace with sea views. Another small terrace leads to the 2nd floor.

Here there is a lovely roof terrace with sofa loungers and parasol. From here you have the most beautiful, far-reaching sea views, even the island of Cabrera can be seen on a clear day.
Outdoor area:
In front of the living room is the covered terrace with dining table and Weber barbecue. A few steps down is the small but lovely pool area. A wall and a privacy screen on both sides of the property ensure sufficient privacy. There is an outdoor shower next to the house as well as a parasol and sun loungers by the pool.
Pool:
7.20 m x 2.40 m, depth 100 cm - 150 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be left from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
