Recently renovated gorgeous outdoor space with no expenses spared!! You will have to drag your family out of the pool to go to the beaches! Tuscan Themed Villa Nonna overlooks the stunning views of the North Shore of St John and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Exceptional location, situated in between town and all the best beaches in Upper Peter Bay, high enough for amazing views, but low enough that the taxis can pick up/drop off. Great Villa for families with kids or an adult get away. White sand beaches very close by where you can snorkel with sea turtles, explore coral reefs, sit on the beautiful sand beaches, or just enjoy the views from the house and relax in the pool or hot tub. Hiking trails are plentiful on St John with incredible views.
The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths total. There are 4 master suites with bathrooms as well as a bunk room for 3 kids. Your rental includes daily cleaning service and a mid-week linen change. So when you head to the beautiful beaches for the day you do not have to worry about the garbage/dishes/towels/etc. The villa has Indoor & Outdoor Dining Tables. Lounge Chairs, Grill, Outdoor Beverage Fridge, Wet Bar, Sonos Sound System Indoor and Outdoor, TV's throughout, Ice Maker, 2 Washers/Dryers, High End Appliances, Pool Table, Foosball Table, Entire Home A/C. House Manager meets you at the St John Ferry Terminal and takes you to the house. Provisioning can also be arranged through the house manager. Upon request and with children there is room for additional guests. A week at Villa Nonna will be unlike any of your previous luxury vacations.
