Freshly renovated inside features a beautiful open concept layout that allows everyone to enjoy their time together.
Walk through the front doors to an oasis that truly allows you to feel like royalty. Open concept layout featuring natural wood accents combine together to give you an upscale cottage feel. Cook a meal together in the oversized kitchen, equipped with new appliances, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Second full sized fridge also available in the basement. Share some stories in the grand dining room featuring a custom dining table with seating for 11. Feeling a little burnt out from the beach? Kick up your feet in the living room and enjoy some Netflix (included) on the large smart TV. Cap off your day by taking in the evening sunsets and beautiful breeze on either veranda (upper and lower level), available year round. Decorated to truly welcome you into your own private getaway.
Main floor features a large master with 2 queen beds, while the lower level holds 3 generous sized bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Luxurious bathrooms on each level, finished with porcelain tiles and stylish fixtures. Lower level includes a second sitting area around a natural gas fireplace with 4 couches, one of which can be converted into a sofa bed. Lower level verenda sits off of the living room and allows easy access to the beautiful acre of property. With the many features that this property holds, there isn’t enough time to take it all in! When you finally venture away from all this getaway has to offer, you can take the trail directly beside the property for a short walk or bike to Sauble Falls!

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised with the house and accommodations. The kitchen is updated/renovated and well stocked (dishes, knives, cookware, cutting boards). Both bathrooms are renovated and the entire place was thoroughly cleaned and ready for us. The outdoor area was large, yard games were provided and lots of places to sit and enjoy the gardens. The bbq worked well. The basement was quite cold and there is no way for guests to change the temperature. Also, the water pressure in the basement bathroom was weak. Bedroom closets were locked. Chest of drawers accessible but limited places to hang up clothing. The property was minutes from the beach and having two entrances for vehicles was very convenient. One in the front of the house and one at the back. Lots of space for the kids to play- two swings on the trees outback and ample driveway space for them to ride scooters. Overall, the entire family had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
