Positive: This is by far the Best place i have found in Chiang Mai. All other Hotels i tried were kind of old and not really awesome. But this place is really awesome. The Appartment is small, but complete! A sleeping Room, a Living Room with a Couch, a TV and a Table to eat or work. A small but fully equipped kitchen and a Bathroom. All you can imagine is there and i was very happy to be here and that i have found this place. Enough space everywhere to put your stuff and super secure as you can only enter or leave the whole space with a special Key. I thought the Road nearby would be a problem, but it is not and i could sleep really good. I thought the pictures of this offer must be fake, but they are all real and the Pool on top of the Building is really beautiful. I can highly recommend this place and the communication with the owner was always easy and helpful.
Negative: The place is perfect. The only thing that you need is a Motorbike or a Grab to get away from here. Is around 10 Minutes by Motorbike to get to the Center.
