Summary: Less than 3 miles from the event I was in town for. Several groceries within about a mile if you are cooking for yourself. Lots of closet space if you are staying longer. The ironing board and iron were a nice convenience. The bed was firm and supportive and very comfortable. Be aware there isn't a dishwasher (I prefer handwashing when there are only a few things, so it didn’t bother me), and the supplied skillet is sized more for scrambled eggs than a stir-fry dinner.The only issue i had was that upon arrival, someone else had parked in the spot for this unit. I noticed that space numbers were faded and hard to read. I'd like to suggest the host repaint the number on the spot that goes with this apartment.
