Positive: Very close to the city center, it has a parking lot assured, the apartament is modern with all you might need for a stay there, a good choice if you want to visit the city.
Negative: The bed and pillows are a bit uncomfortable, and in the location is more white construction dust remains, it might not be an issue if you are not sensitive, but if you have asthma or other respiratory issues it might be an issue for you and cause you allergies.
Summary: A nice location if you want visit Banská Bystrica and the region.
