The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom, living room and toilet are shared with your (hidden).
The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet.

We provide events for our tenants mostly all two weeks, where we cook, make barbecue, go for partys, play poker etc. We have also a group of international people in Vienna which provides you a good start because you always have someone to do something if you want. At the events also our two CEOs take part so you get the chance to get to know them if you join us. The group pictures are from our events.
Minimum rental period is 3 months.
