Welcome to YOUR vacation home!
Enjoy relaxing on Paradise Island in a spacious, bright 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom townhome - 3-4 blocks from the world famous Atlantis Resort and near beautiful Cabbage Beach!
So close to the action, but away from the crowds!
Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, living room , dining room, half bath, private laundry area and enclosed patio area. Enjoy eating outside under the covered dining area after grilling your favorite meal on the propane BBQ surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. A huge savings over costly restaurant bills!
Upstairs are 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms each with king sized beds and attached bathrooms that "lock off" for extra privacy.
The townhome is located in a lovely, gated, secure, quiet community that includes a tennis court, three community pools (that never get crowded) with lounges/umbrellas, small restaurant/bar, mini- convenience store and fitness room.
Plenty of tables & chairs throughout the property so you never have to interrupt your relaxation!
Included with your stay is - high speed internet, cable television, central air - conditioning, linens, coffee, spices, beach towels and more!
No car is needed as everything is nearby but if you do rent a car, there are plenty of parking spots just in front of the community.
Design your vacation the way you want - get day passes to the Atlantis, sign up for fishing charters, or just relax by the pool!
Perfect home away from home!
The beach is incredible and a short, easy walk -- large with white sand and crystal clear water - you can see right thru the water!
You can order groceries in advance online before you leave home or stop on the way from the airport.
There is a reference binder in the townhome with lots of information, including maps, suggestions for activities, and more.
Property manager on site should you need assistance during your stay.

Summary: The location was great. The kitchen had what we needed. The outdoor patio area was nice. There was a miscommunication regarding not setting the a/c below 73 degrees and it caused issues with the a/c unit freezing and not working. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition. Water pressure was not great. It was nice to be able to walk to Atlantis, Cabbage Beach, ferry, etc.
